About Meal Prep Plans
Meal Prep Plans exists for one reason: to make weight-loss meal prep simpler. Not dramatic, not complicated, and not dependent on expensive products or hard-to-find ingredients. Just straightforward weekly plans where every meal has a real portion and an approximate calorie count, plus a prep-day playbook that tells you exactly what to cook, store and reheat.
Every plan on this site answers the same practical questions. What do I batch-cook on Sunday? How long does it keep in the fridge? What do I buy at the store, and what does it cost? What do I eat on the busy night when everything goes sideways? If a page does not answer those questions, it does not belong here.

Who writes this
The Meal Prep Plans Team — evidence-based nutrition writers. We read the published research, follow mainstream dietary guidance, and translate it into batch-cook meals people actually make. We are writers, not clinicians, and we do not claim clinical credentials.
Tested in a real kitchen
Every plan is tested in a real Sunday batch-cook before it is published. We shop the grocery list at ordinary supermarkets, run the prep-day playbook start to finish, pack the containers, and eat from them through the week — so storage times, reheating notes and portion sizes reflect how the food actually holds up, not how we hope it would.
Our editorial standard
Calories and macros are estimated from standard food composition data and common household portions. We label every value as approximate, we avoid exaggerated claims, and we say plainly when a topic needs a qualified health professional instead of a web page.
What we do not do
We do not sell supplements, coaching or meal-delivery subscriptions. We do not publish extreme crash diets or promise a specific amount of weight loss. We do not claim to treat, prevent or cure any medical condition — this site is general information about food and meal prep habits, not healthcare. And we do not pretend that nutrition labels are exact to the calorie; they are not, and neither are our estimates.
