15-Minute Meals Plan
For deadline weeks when even 20 minutes sounds like a fantasy.

Nothing in this week takes more than 15 minutes of active time, and several meals take five. The real work happens once: a 45-minute chop-and-stock session that washes produce, portions five freezer smoothie packs, cooks one pot of rice, and lines up the fast proteins — shrimp, thin-cut chicken, pre-sliced beef, canned tuna, and rotisserie chicken.
From there each day is assembly plus one quick pan: microwave oats, a quesadilla, a stir-fry, a bowl of noodles. Breakfast runs on the microwave and toaster; dinner uses a single skillet or sheet pan.
Storage guide: cooked rice and grains 4 days; pre-portioned smoothie bags 1 month in the freezer; rotisserie meat 3–4 days; anything past Thursday goes in the freezer on prep day. Fish tacos and quesadillas are always built the day they are eaten.
The week stays between 1,450 and 1,650 calories a day, with 25–40 g of protein at every main meal so fast never means flimsy.
Portion guide
Portions are written for ~1,500-calorie days. On rushed days, drop the snack and add 1 oz of protein to dinner — the calories land the same.

Frequently asked questions
What can I realistically make in 15 minutes?
Anything built on fast protein and pre-cooked grain: shrimp and pre-sliced beef stir-fries, quesadillas, tuna melts, wraps, noodle bowls, and microwave oats or eggs. The 45-minute weekend stock session is what makes the weekday 15 minutes possible.
Can I prep 15-minute meals ahead?
Partially. Grains, chopped vegetables, and cooked proteins prep perfectly; assembled wraps and quesadillas should be built the day you eat them so they do not go soggy. Smoothie packs and jar salads are the best full-prep options.
Is fast food from a microwave actually filling?
It is when you pair 25–40 g of protein with a fiber source at every meal. Microwave oats plus peanut butter, or a quesadilla with beans and chicken and a side salad, hold just as well as a slow-cooked meal.
