Nutrition Disclaimer
Last updated: September 2026
Every calorie and macronutrient figure on Meal Prep Plans is approximate. Values are estimated from standard food composition data and typical household portions. Real food varies — a chicken breast is not always 113 grams, an apple is not always the same size, and cooking changes water content. Treat our numbers as a reliable guide, not a laboratory measurement.
Not medical advice
The content on this website is general information about food, portions and calorie targets. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for working with a qualified health professional. Always speak with your doctor or another qualified health professional before starting a calorie-restricted diet, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, have diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, an eating disorder or a history of one, or take prescription medication.
Individual needs vary
The calorie levels used in our plans are common reference points, not prescriptions. The right intake for you depends on your body size, age, activity level, medical history and goals. Very low intakes suit very few people and are inappropriate for many, and they work against the energy you need for work, training and everything else in a busy week.
Allergies and dietary needs
Recipes and meal plans list their ingredients, but you are responsible for checking labels and confirming that food is safe for you. Manufacturers change formulations. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, verify every ingredient yourself and adapt the plan accordingly.
Weight loss results
Weight loss varies widely between people and cannot be guaranteed. We do not promise any specific result. Sustainable loss is generally considered to be about 0.5 to 2 lb (0.25 to 1 kg) per week, and slower loss is usually easier to maintain.
